This notice describes how Beam Line Trading Lab uses personal information when you visit the room or this website.

What we collect

When you request a seat we keep your name, email, telephone number, the sitting you asked for, and the note you wrote. For private review we also keep the charts you send, only for the purpose of that sitting. We do not ask for trading-account credentials.

Why we keep it

To confirm chairs, to contact you about schedule changes, to prepare a private review, and to record deposits and refunds. We do not sell lists and we do not use your charts as marketing.

Website data

The site itself does not run an account system. If you accept cookies, we store a single preference in your browser under the key beamline_cookie_consent. If you reject, we do not set tracking cookies; the preference may still be stored so the banner can stay away. See the cookies page.

How long

Enquiry notes are kept for up to two years after the last sitting unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Chart files sent for a review are deleted within thirty days after the sitting unless you ask us to keep them for a follow-up.
