These terms apply to visits to Beam Line Trading Lab at Sanapiro Square No. 27, Gudauta, Guria District, Georgia, and to the use of utilitybeamline.click. They are written for training sittings, not for brokerage or investment advice.

The service

The lab provides educational sittings on momentum reading and RSI interpretation. Nothing on this site or in the room is a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any instrument. We do not route orders, hold client funds for trading, or publish live signals.

Seats

A request through the visit form or by telephone is an enquiry. A seat is held only when we confirm it. Prices shown on sitting pages are informational. Payment, when due, is arranged in the room or by the method stated in the confirmation note—not through this website.

Conduct

Visitors keep the table usable: phones silent during mark-up, no recording of other students, no solicitation of trades. We may end a sitting if conduct prevents the group from working.

Materials

Worksheets handed out in the room remain our teaching materials. Your own marked charts and journal pages remain yours. Do not republish our printed sequences as a product.

Website

Content is provided as a description of the room. We may change hours, sittings, or prices and will update the site when we do. Links to other sites are not endorsements.

Liability

You are responsible for how you use anything you learn. Market losses, missed sittings due to travel, and decisions you take after a lesson sit with you. Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the unused portion of a confirmed sitting, as described on the refund page, except where Georgian law does not allow such a limit.
